Hi! I’m Nicole and I am the artist behind Astral Roots Studio. Painting, drawing, and creating art has been a passion of mine ever since I could hold a paintbrush. 5 years ago, I decided to pursue art professionally. Over the course of those 5 years, I have vended at several markets, exhibited my paintings and jewelry in art shows and boutique shops, live painted at events, and expanded into mural work. My art practice includes murals, paintings on canvas, digital illustrations, and live painting.
I studied visual arts up through college, where I eventually graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Vermont. I graduated with a Masters of Science in Holistic Nutrition from The American College of Healthcare Sciences in Portland, Oregon, too. So I guess you can say I’m an artist who knows a thing or two about holistic healing and nourishment, and I hope my art can nourish your soul and heal the hearts of the community.
My mission is to spread love with my art and build connection & community. Painting is my meditation, and every piece is made with so much love and intention. I am so happy to share my heart work with you.
